Good quality, delivery took a while

The only real downside was the shipping; it took about 10 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long for a relatively small item. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus.

Returns were easy for me, had to send back a strut brace that was the wrong spec. Just make sure it's unused and in original packaging.

I think they have a standard return policy, like 14 days or so for unused items. Always best to double check on their site, but I haven't heard of major problems.

Both are good, honestly. Orranje often has slightly better pricing on some stuff, especially their own branded parts. Lohen has a wider range for certain things though.

Orranje is solid, especially if you're looking for their G-Wing or some of their specific suspension bits. For brakes, I've used both and found them comparable in quality, but Orranje might have better availability for certain kits sometimes.

For something like springs, if they're in stock, it's usually pretty quick for them to ship out. Shipping to the US typically adds a week or two on top of that, maybe 10-15 business days total.
